You can have multiple SMTP gateways in your server if you travel a lot with your laptop. This way, even if you cannot deliver your email directly to the destination, you will still be able to send it using one of the gateways. You can also create multiple parameterized mailing lists that will allow you to send messages to many recipients at once and even customize your message with substituted parameters |
