Use QIOS Pelican to send personalized e-mail to contacts defined in external data sources. QIOS Pelican is able to connect to different datasources like a Microsoft SQL Server or Access database, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Excel files, and custom OLEDB connections to other data sources. Using a datasource you are able to map data fields to html fields in the body, subject, attachments and recipients of the e-mail template. Custom logic can be implemented by using the Transformation module. This allows you to write logic in the Microsoft C# programming language. Preview your e-mail batch before sending it. All datasources are applied and the preview is exactly what the recipients will get. Use the test run, everything will be tested for all the checked receivers, without actual sending the mail.
