Office Handy Utility allows you to apply the changes you need to perform in MS Word documents in mass and save you a lot of time.
Imagine this example: You work at a company, and your boss tells you that you have to change the font style in all of the thousands of company documents, change all of the telephone numbers, underline all bold texts and remove highlighting in all the documents, and inform him of how many words the documents contain. Without Office Handy Utility, this would take at least one week to complete. Advantage over macros The first and main advantage over macros is that a normal PC user usually has no experience using macros.
