Goldwarden is a desktop client compatible with Bitwarden, designed to supplement the official tools by offering additional features not yet available in them. It focuses on enhanced security and desktop-specific functionalities, such as SSH agent support and system-wide autotype.
Development of Goldwarden is currently paused indefinitely, as many of its features have been integrated into the official Bitwarden clients. The project aimed to provide mature integrations and security measures that were not yet broadly available.
